FSP's social commitment begins with our employees and extends to our other stakeholders such as tenants, vendors and service providers. FSP conducts employee engagement surveys and annual tenant satisfaction surveys to identify where resources are best utilized.

Tenants are also offered education on sustainability issues through tenant green guides and in-person meetings.
FSP's principal social objectives are to continue to engage with our tenants through regular building communications and special events. Additionally, we aim to give back to our local community through the use of our Community Time Off (CTO) policy, which allows all employees one day per year to volunteer their time and skills to local charities of their choice.
